Call for Barrhead volunteers to have knockout time for Hospice

Fundraisers at the Prince and Princess of Wales Hospice are calling on people in Barrhead to help raise funds – and have great fun – by taking part in the Hospice’s annual ‘It’s a Knockout’ event.
It’s Knockout time of year again, and the Graham Fisher’s International It’s A Knockout competition is being held on Saturday 25th August on Glasgow Green, giving teams the chance to take part in some fantastic fun games on the giant inflatables.
No skills or training are required for this event; but team members must be prepared to get wet and wild to help to put the ‘fun’ back into fundraising.
The Hospice is looking for teams of up to 10 people to take part in the event. Each team member must pay a non-refundable entry fee of £20, and then each person must raise a minimum of £100 or the team can collectively raise the £1,000 required.
