Church Guild celebrating 125 years with Barrhead service

A special service to celebrate the 125th anniversary of the Church of Scotland Guild is being held in Barrhead, with ladies from across the local area coming together to celebrate the landmark year.

The “Songs of Praise” service is being held in Bourock Parish Church in Barrhead on Wednesday 30th May at 2.30pm, and all Guild members past and present, from any church, are invited to attend.

The service is being organised by Paisley Presbyterial Council, who are planning a number of commemorative events around the area to mark the anniversary.
