Drivers face delays as Barrhead road closes for resurfacing
1 FebruaryDrivers in Barrhead will face delays in coming weeks when the section of Grampian Way in Barrhead between Springhill Road and Arthurlie Avenue will be temporarily closed
The road will be shut from Monday 20th February to Friday 2nd March to allow for essential carriageway resurfacing works.
All vehicles except emergencies and vehicles associated with the works will be prohibited but pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.
An alternative route will be via Springhill Road, Ralston Road, Cullin Way, Arthurlie Avenue and vice versa.
East Renfrewshire Council apologises for any inconvenience these works may cause.
